This notice explains what data the nexengbrasil.com.br website collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Vsevolod Ivolin, an individual resident in Brazil. NexEng does not yet have a legal entity in Brazil. Once the Brazilian company is incorporated, it will become the controller, and we will update this page.
Contact for personal data matters: WhatsApp +55 48 99154-4043.
2. What data we collect
Visit statistics. The website counts visits with Umami. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers. We see:
- which page was opened: address without parameters, and title;
- where the visit came from (referrer), also without parameters;
- country, region and city, which Umami determines from the IP address;
- device type, browser, operating system, browser language and screen size;
- events: a click on a WhatsApp button or on the material questionnaire link (PDF), the block of the page it is in and, for the PDF, the language of the file;
- a click on “Send on WhatsApp” in the request form, without the text of the fields;
- the link code (parameter c), if you came through a link with a code.
We add the code c to links that we send personally. It tells us whether the person we wrote to opened the website. For this reason, the code is considered personal data.
Once the page loads, the code disappears from the address bar: if you forward the link, the code does not go with it. We do not store it in your browser.
Umami uses the IP address to determine country and city and to tell one visit from another. Umami does not store the address itself and links visits by an identifier that changes once a month.
If the Do Not Track signal is enabled in your browser, we do not collect statistics.
WhatsApp messages. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send yourself: profile name and number, text, files. WhatsApp processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Hosting. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the page, Cloudflare processes technical request data, including the IP address.
We do not receive or store what you type in the request form: it builds a message and opens WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis (LGPD) |
|---|---|---|
| Statistics and events | Understand which sections are read and whether the website works | Legitimate interest, art. 7, IX |
| Code c | Know whether the person we wrote to opened the website, and prepare the conversation | Legitimate interest, art. 7, IX |
| WhatsApp messages | Reply to your request and discuss your problem | Legitimate interest, art. 7, IX; pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request, art. 7, V |
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
4. Where the data is stored and international transfer
Umami Cloud stores the statistics on servers in the European Union region: the region was chosen when the account was created and does not change. This is an international data transfer under art. 33 LGPD.
WhatsApp messages stay in WhatsApp and on the phones of the people who reply: Vsevolod and Svetlana.
5. How long we keep data
- Umami statistics: 6 months, then deleted.
- WhatsApp conversations: while your problem is under discussion. If we do not work together, we delete them at your request.
